Ingredients:
1 kilo pork chop, cut skin in1 or 2 places
or 1 kilo chicken legs or quarters, slit legs to the bones
Marinade:
1/2 head garlic, crushed
1/3 cup crushed black peppercorns
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup kalamansi juice
2-3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. rock salt
Basting Sauce:
1/2 cup banana ketchup
1/2 cup cooking oil
Choice of dip sauce or condiments
