Ginataang Bilo-Bilo, Saba at Kamote, plus Sago
Ginataang Halo-Halo Simple.
Ingredients:
5 medium to large size kamote, cut into large cubes
5 medium to large size saging na saba, cut into large cubes
3 glasses of sago, half cooked, (cooked for 30 to 45 minutes in running boil then left to cool down for 30 minutes with cover) rinsed
bilo-bilo balls from 1 cup glutinous rice
3-4 cups white sugar
2 tsp salt
2 big packets Coco Mama coconut milk
langka essence
