EASY PINOY CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE │ How to Cook Chicken Curry Pinoy Style
Paano Magluto ng Pinoy Chicken Curry.
Creamy Chicken Thigh Curry, Pinoy Style.
This is my easy Chicken Curry version.
Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken thigh, cut to serving pieces
4 medium size potatoes cut into wedges
1 medium size carrot cut into wedges
1-2 green or red bell pepper cut into small squares
1 head garlic chopped
3 medium size onions chopped
1-2 thumb size ginger cut into strips
3-4 green long chilies
3-4 red hot chilies
2-4 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 to 1 tbsp. crushed peppercorns
1/2 tbsp. turmeric powder
2-3 bay leaves
1 to 2 tbsp. parsley flakes, optional
2-3 small cinnamon bark, optional
1 small bunch kinchay, separate stems from the leaves, chopped
1/3 cup fish sauce
1- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
2 slices loaf bread, soaked with water, mashed
salt to taste
sugar to taste
chicken oil or cooking oil
