Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken bone in, cut to serving pieces
1 1/2 200ml pack Coco Mama coconut milk
1 big bowl, malungay leaves
1/2 head garlic, chopped
2-3 thumb size ginger, cut into thin strips
2 medium size onion, chopped
5-5 pieces red hot chilies
1 tbsp. cracked peppercorns
1/3 cup fish sauce
chili flakes
salt to taste
cooking oil
