Salmon with Sotanghon Noodle Soup
Salmon
with Sotanghon Noodle Soup is a comport food that
brings childhood memories. I grew up in the province and a noodle soup with
canned fish and some vegetables is a regular fare when times are bad or when
there is typhoon or heavy rains where the markets are closed. This type of dish
is not limited to canned salmon and
sotanghon noodles combinations.
