Pansit Canton with Tuna and Egg. I have to make a post on my version of Pansit Canton with Tuna and Egg. It is not that the Pansit Canton with Tuna is on the television lately, this Pinoy concoctions of the Pinoy instant noodle has been around and have for the longest time before that Pansit Canton with Tuna ad. There are countless versions out there, each versions defend on what ingredients available at the time of cooking. Version start with the simple topping of canned tuna to a full Pinoy pansit recipe, complete with the usual Pinoy pansit aromatic and vegetable ingredients.

Okey the recipe should be very easy, after all it is an instant pansit noodles. You can try it, there is no need to stick to the recipe, the recipe is just a guide. Make your own version use whatever available at your kitchen.

Pansit Canton with Tuna and Egg with Rice

Here is the recipe of my Pansit Canton with Tuna and Egg.

Ingredients:

Pansit Canton with Tuna and Egg - Ingredients

3 packets 80grams/Big Lucky Me! Instant Pansit Canton, Extra Hot Chili Flavor
1 can 155 grams canned Century Tuna Flakes in Oil, separate the flake and the oil
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 small sized onion. peeled, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed, peeled, chopped finely
chopped kinchay, optional
chopped, spring onion, optional
salt
cooking oil

Cooking procedure:

Boil the instant pansit canton as per package instructions, keep aside. In a medium size wok, fry the beaten egg for 2 to 3 minutes each sides. Take out from the wok and cut the fried eggs into strips, keep aside. Using the same wok, sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant, add in the mixed vegetables a stir cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add in the boiled noodles, the oil from the can tuna and the seasoning and condiments that came with the Instant Pansit Canton. Add in the chopped kinchay. Continue to stir cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, correct saltines if required. Now add in the fried egg and tuna flakes. Continue to stir cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately garnished with chopped spring onions.
