Baked Macaroni and Cheese Pinoy Style
Baked Macaroni and Cheese Pinoy Style. I want to share an easier way of making Baked Macaroni and Cheese using Pinoy ingredients, these ingredients are very common grocery items that for sure it is available in most supermarkets in Manila and other parts of the country. To make my point that the ingredients are very common I have listed the brand names of the ingredients, now if the listed brand of the ingredients is not your brand or for some reason it is not available at your location, you can always use similar ingredients.
I have chosen ingredients of our Baked Macaroni and Cheese Pinoy Style that won’t require complicated cooking and preparation. This is definitely a must try Christmas and New Year dish.

Ingredients:
500 g. Fiesta Elbow Macaroni pasta, cooked as per package instructions.
220 g. Magnolia Cream Cheese Spread
235 g. Magnolia Cheezee Squeeze Cheddar
185 g. Magnolia Quickmelt cheese, grated
165 g. Eden cheese, grated
250 ml. Nestle All Purpose Cream
250 ml. Alaska Evaporated Milk
250 g. Purefoods Classic Honeycured thick cut bacon, cut into small squares
Anchor Butter
Cooking procedure:
To make the cheese pasta mixture, using a medium sized sauce pan, heat the butter and stir cook the garlic and bacon for 2 to 3 minutes or until the bacon start to render fats. Reduce heat to moderate heat, mix and blend in the evaporated milk, all-purpose cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese cream and half of the Eden cheese. Then add in the cooked pasta and continue to stir until the pasta are evenly coated with the cheese mixture.
To bake the pasta, coat a large rectangular pyrex baking dish with butter. Transfer the cheese pasta mixture to the baking dish. Generously top with a layers of eden cheese then with the quick melt cheese on top. Bake at 350°F to 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese toping start to turn to golden brown. Let cool down for about 5 minutes before serving.
