Beef and Capsicum Stirfry, Beef and Bell Pepper Stirfry
Beef and Capsicum Stirfry, Beef and Bell Pepper Stirfry. Here is a quick colorful beef dish that that fairly easy to make. It is best served with rice and sometimes over noodles. I would suggest use a good cut of beef, use tenderloin if you have the budget otherwise use sirloin. For this recipe I used sirloin steaks. For the bell pepper for a colorfull appeal I have used the combination of green, red and yellow variety. To make the dish the beef cut into thin strips is marinated with some soy sauce, some sugar and corn flour. The beef should be stir cook separately in batches from the vegies before finally stir cook together for to blend the flavors. The cooking method is basically the same with my other stirfry recipe below should you are looking for other stirfry recipes.
